Jill is the best! A family member used her prior and highly recommended her particularly for her “resourcefulness.” It’s truly an accurate word to describe Jill! I live in another state and had never bought a house before, but I wanted to buy an investment property. I had to rely on Jill so much! She put me in a teams meeting with her and a mortgage company to help me identify my goals, she also linked me up to so many referrals for insurance brokers, roofers, contractors, inspectors, and more. Her referrals are solid, helpful, good people. She did a virtual walkthrough of the house with me and told me what she observed, both the good and the bad. And I just felt much more comfortable with making an offer on the house after so many phone calls of bouncing back and forth. She also initiated a free roof inspection for me, knowing my roof might have been an issue, and used it to negotiate the price of the house. Needless to say, she’s a smart cookie! She was so accessible, and felt more like a friend than an agent throughout the process. She has a very warm personality and made me feel like she had my best interest in mind.
